Electronic Cash Register Maintenance:
Although different electronic cash registers (ECR) working instructions are different, their maintenance is basic consistent. The following aspects must be paid attention generally:
(1) Should maintain the electronic cash register (ECR) neatness; Does not allow to put other things on the electronic cash register (ECR) and make it waterproofing, dustproof, and against oil.
(2) Handle the electronic cash register with care; when opening and closing the cash drawer, it must prevent vibration especially.
(3) The power cable should be connected safely and fixedly; must not move the electronic cash register (ECR) at will and disassemble and assemble the internal components.
(4) After switching off the electronic cash register (ECR), it must be in at least one minute to switch it on and it may not be switched on or off frequently; inspect the inked ribbon and the printing paper frequently and replace them in time; maintain the printer clean.
(5) Clean the electronic cash register (ECR) regularly, remove dust and eliminate dirt.
(6) Should assign persons especially for the daily maintenance work, to be skilled to overcome general breakdown, replace the inked ribbon it time and keep the electronic cash register (ECR) normal work.
(7) The company should implement the inspection of shop operation and machine maintenance aperiodically.
