The National Tax Bureau, the Ministry of Finance, the Information Industry Department and the National Quality Surveillance Examination Quarantine Bureau issued the notice that that all taxpayers who have certain scale and fixed business place and engaged in the industries which are suitable for using fiscal cash registers (Fiscal ECR) such as the commercial retail trade, the catering business, the entertainment industry, service industry, the transportation &shipping industry and so on, are requested to purchase fiscal cash registers (Fiscal ECR) according to the rules and laws.
The notice pointed out that the principles are united standard, the production permission, the government promoting and covering the nation step by step during implementation. Each place may act, organize and plan it according to the local actual situation. The target time of prevalence for the economical developed areas is about 3 year and other areas 5 years.?
The National Tax Bureau in charge of this said that using fiscal cash registers in certain industries is to strengthen the tax source monitoring, jam tax revenue loophole, reduce tax revenue lose and guarantee national financial revenue.
