Software

• Staff Attendance record and wage detail will be sent to each employee's mobile phone via SMS, replacing the traditional insecure printed pay slip system.
• All attendance data will be stored in the system. System will automatically send discrepancy attendance data (e.g. unmatched record in clock-out card) to related employee via SMS for verification. Employee can check his attendance record online as well. Wage details, either salary check out or sending the salary via SMS, will only be saved in fingerprint USB memory or secure removable memory by authorized personnel. Without the password or decryption, no one can access to the wage details.
• Basically, the whole procedure of attendance data collection, alarm of discrepancy attendance data, calculation of salary, sending salary information via SMS, is operated by the system automatically, no manual operation is required.
• Intelligent system. The human resource department just set timing collection of data, system will recognize the period of business trip, leave or work over time, no manual operation is required.
• Free to set working time and 24 hours shift working time, based on requirement of different business field (super market, factory, hotel etc.).

• 2 in 1 machine, compatible with restricted access control and attendance record system. Only authorized staff with access permit will be able to enter at after hours.
• Card detail will be displayed while scanning the card. Help security monitoring mis-using of the card.
