• The long-life flash disk, with which the stand-alone machine can continuously work for at least 3~10 days in case of network or background failure (about 8,500 sales transactions).
• Superior anti-noise capability. Compare with 800V of common PC POS, the machine can still work stably even under above 3000 power noise.
• With patented grid laser barcode scanner (45°downward direction) to improve the operation convenience (no need to turn the barcode down like In-counter scanner), security (without laser reflecting to the eyes), easy maintenance (no pollution, scratch resistant).

Advanced Functions and Features

• Able to establish a chain store on-line management system via phone line. (Refer to the back diagram).
• PLU quantity: Above 60K (with flash disk).
• Capable of storing and recalling the non-finalized transactions; with restaurant management functions.
• The operation will not be interrupted during the data processing (download or upload), which can synchronize the PLU data of with that of background at any time.
• Adopt embedded CPU open OS, C language program, able to exchange data with the any background software via TCP/IP protocol.
• With Ether Net function, one PC can manage 512 pieces of CR5X.
• Optional thermal printer (CR55) or dot matrix printer (CR54), able to be connected with plenty of exterior devices with R-232 port such as two PS/2 barcode scanner (potable), electronic scale, magnet card reader/writer, *slip printer, *credit card reader, etc.
• With functions of multi-payment modes, R/A and P/O, currency change, commodity return, etc.
• *Optional function of supporting IC card operation such as prepaid card, membership card and credit card, etc.

• CR56 (2 stations thermal printer type) and CR54 (dot matrix printer) can print both receipt and journal with the rewinding spool. CR55 (1 station thermal printer) can print the receipt only.
