• Innovative removable and renewable hot keypad (patented, 112*2 keys), can be easily replaced even if it is soaked. The cashier can operate the ECR expertly by pressing the single key without having to memorize and enter the several-digit part no. Keyboard can be freely edited by the PC application and printed out immediately.
• Each PLU can select different barcode type and weight unit independently.
• Scale with Ethernet function, data can be transferred via wireless network.
• Capable of printing batch serial number, which realizing the batch management on the purchase date and fresh status of perishable foods. The unit price will be automatically depreciated by the pre-set program according to the fresh status of food during price tag replacement, so as to avoid rotten foods caused by forgotten.
• Originated barcode label scale in the world based on the design idea of POS net management. Work with Pinnacle software solutions: PLU manager, Network manager, Label Edition tool to generate EAN 18 code for management of the vegetable & food, thus to solve the bothering difficulty in supermarket management.
• The first label scale compatible with graphic design software, adjustable label size (30x30mm 55x60mm) minimized the label paper cost.

PLU management

• Each PLU can select independent barcode type (e.g. EAN 18, EAB13, EAN8, etc.) and in the label it shows food code, packing type, remark, etc. information for easily lookup of a certain PLU.
• Price information of PLU can be set to be printed or not; price of PLU can be input during operation.
• Weight unit of PLU can be set freely according to actual usage (e.g. 10g, 50g, 100g, 500g, 600g, kg, oz, LSB, etc).
  Lookup PLU easily by the initial letters.

Back office software

• Provide software with strong logo editing function (Windows system), which can print the graphic logo that user designs. The end-user will never need to save much label paper with printed graphic logo. Software can be upgraded (LSB15R), and data can be transferred via phone line, greatly save the maintenance cost of dealer and end user. Management network can be established via phone line, to realize the remote control by computer center in food code, price, stock, etc.
• Provide PLU manager software, which is similar to Excel programmer. PLU code, name, price, description, shelf life, etc. information can be programmed in this software; hot keypad (112*2 hot keys) can be easily edited and printed out with graphic and characters by laser or jet printer. .
• Parameter and password of the Label Scale can be set via PC application, to control operation of scale (such as to lock the keys of discount, PLU editing, etc.). Setting can be unlocked by the entering unblock pin in scale.
• Provide technical file for connecting with POS system. Pinnacle network management software can be blended into the background software to realize system integration and automation.
• The first label scale in the word combined with price computering function. Support big GBK character set; support UNICODE thus is compatible with background software of NT, UNIX, and Internet.
• Font printed in the label is open for any selection, no need to add font IC.

Network structure

• *Apart from Ethernet, it's also convenient to meet the requirement of adding scales temporarily by establishing RS network(5 sets of scales, Maximum) via parallel connection.(Refer to the following graph)
  A chain store network on-line management system can be structured via phone line or broad band. (Refer to the following diagram).

Functions

• Barcode can be set to be printed out vertically or horizontally. Barcode label is used as a low-cost theftproof solution.
  Printing density can be adjusted according to sensitivity of label paper. Moreover, the auto voltage & temperature compensation design prolong the life time of printer 2-3times.
• Large capacity for 1000 pieces labels, while other competitors have smaller capacity of only 800 pieces.
• Upgrade program without opening cabinets.
• Rapidly renew the hot keypad according to actual usage requirements.
• Removable hot keypad even if it is soaked, has super ability of anti foulant.
